My name is Nicolas Giroud and Swede is a nickname that was given to me years ago when I was doing an exchange program in the US. I was experiencing the "kicker" position within my High School Football Team and my coach first thought i was coming from Sweden and started calling me like this. Years later, I still use that nickname to remember one of the most unforgetable time of my life.

 

Now Professional as Associate in the field of Genomics for a Pharmceutical Company, Photography has become a passion and my gear always travels alongside of me. I am more of a travel photographer and like to freeze moments while on the road. My interests are linked to the freedom and variety that adventure and nature allow you to experience.

 

Photography skills are broad and complex but to me, my camera plays a simple role : travel companion. Indeed, it is a way of sharing such wonderful times with someone when travelling solo.
